FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY
Pre-paid bookings (card payment in advance or deposits) will be refunded in maximum 10 working days from the moment of cancellation.
If a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the schedule pick-up time, there will be a full refund.
If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the schedule pick-up time, there will be a cancellation fee applied which is 100% of the journey price.
In case of non-show, we will require a cancellation fee which is equal to 100% of the journey price.
In case you would like to change the date or time of the transfer, there is no fee as long as it is more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. In case it is less than 24 hours prior the scheduled time, a 20% fee of the journey price will be applied.
