The villa is separated into two levels: At the main entrance level there is a lounge with a fireplace, a dining room, a double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a store room with wash machine and dryer. And on the 1st floor there are three separate double bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies.

At the barbeque we will prepare your nice dinner and in the dining room next to it you will enjoy the meal with the companion of the sunset and the beautiful atmosphere we have created just for you

A nice relaxing lounge with a large 52” Smart TV with Neflix to watch your favorite series and movies
A fully equiped kitchen with all the amenities to prepare your breakfast and your meal

Bedrooms

The four bedrooms are air-conditioned and have verandas and TVs, also they are equiped with large spacious wardrobes
The pillows are hypoallergic and you can choose between hard soft or medium, also they have a waterproof cover
The mattresses are comfortable, orthopedic and built by the best materials available, to guarantee a beautiful sleep
Three of the beds are King Size and one is Double Size

Deposit Requirement

To book the Villa is required a 10% of the full amount deposit. Once received the bank transfer, we will confirm your booking, sending you a mail with the receipt.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 30% of the price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
