Throughout the day, our guests are more than welcome to come and join us for a refreshing drink or coffee at our cafe bar that is located within the premises of our hotel.

We have a lovely selection of drinks available, including coffees, soft drinks, fresh juices, as well as nice choice of alcohol drinks, including the famous Pelion drink “tsipouro” as well as a fantastic selection of local wines.

We also offer a nice selection of light snacks and sweets and deserts here at our cafe bar. Come and join us for your morning coffee, or in the evening for a nice drink after a day exploring the magic and beauty of both Hania and other regions of Mount Pelion.

However, for the convenience of our guests, we also have our own swimming pool here at the Hotel in Pelion Anamar, allowing our guests to be able to have an enjoyable and refreshing swim without having to leave from our hotel.

Our guests are welcome to use the seats and sunbeds that we have around the pool, and spend the day relaxing in the sun.

With our cafe bar open throughout the day providing a great selection of drinks and light snacks, our guests can really unwind and relax here at our hotel, and the pool area during the summer months is always popular.

During the winter months, we have our fireplace keeping the cafe bar warm, and the atmosphere is very cost and relaxing.

During the hot summer months, you can take a seat outside on the veranda or by the swimming pool, and enjoy the stunning views down from the mountains. The views from our garden area where you can sit with your drink are amazing, and you could spend the whole day here outside, simply watching the view and gorgeous scenery all around.

Our cafe bar is the perfect place to relax, and it is ideal throughout the year. Here you can meet other guests at our hotel and share your Pelion experiences with them, as well as get to know a little more about some of the beautiful and interesting places that you can visit when travelling around Pelion.

As well as our hotel here in Hania, we also operate our own restaurant at the Hotel in Pelion Anamar, where you can come and join us for a tasty quality meal, in our modern yet traditional restaurant.

We have available a fantastic selection of cuisine, including some traditional Pelion cuisine that one should really sample to understand the tastes and aromas of the Pelion kitchen.

All of our meals are freshly prepared using only the highest and freshest quality of ingredients. We also use a lot of local produce with our cuisine, giving you that more authentic taste. We have a variety of meals for all types including a selection of vegetarian dishes.

The Pelion peninsula is covered with various villages and hamlets of all shapes and sizes, with each one adding it’s own charm and beauty to the overall magic of Pelion.

One such village is that of Hania, located at the top of Mount Pelion. Situated at an altitude of 2100 meters, and surrounded by a beautiful forest of beech and pine trees, Hania is an extremely picturesque village, and one that provides breathtaking views out over the entire peninsula.

Hania is an ideal Pelion village in which to visit, and is perfectly located for visiting throughout the year. During the summer months, Hania is much cooler than other parts of Pelion.

It is especially popular during the winter months though, when the famous Pelion ski centre of Agriolefkes, which is just 1km away, is in operation. In the winter, Hania is covered by a blanket of crisp white snow, and the scenery and landscape must be seen to be appreciated.

From the Hania at an altitude of 1200 meters, you can take the newly built road that takes you down to the Aegean Sea and the Eastern side of the Pelion peninsula to villages such as Agios Ioannis and the famous beach of Milopotamos. There is also another road that leads from Hania down to Agria and the coastal region of the Pagasitic Gulf.

The Pelion ski centre of Agriolefkes is one of the most famous and popular in all of Greece, and during the winter months, visitors from all over Greece and beyond head to Pelion to enjoy ski and winter sports at the facility on Mount Pelion.

Agriolefkes is one of the best international standard ski centres, and situated at an altitude of 1500 meters, the unique and inspiring panoramic views will inspire all who witness them.

The ski centre of Agriolefkes is located just 1km from the village of Hania where the Hotel in Pelion Anamar is located, and many visitors to the ski centre choose to stay in Hania because of it’s close proximity.

There are several ski slopes at Agriolefkes and combined, make a total of 5000 meters of slopes. For those who have never skied before or who are youngsters, there is a ski school that operates here where you can take some beginners lessons.

As well as ski, there are facilities here at the Pelion ski centre for snowboarding and artillery ski. There is also a restaurant and cafe bar that sells refreshments.

What makes this ski centre unique is the amazing views that you will see here. From one side you can look out towards the Aegean sea, and from the other, you can gaze down at the Pagasitic Gulf. During the summer months, the ski centre is also used for 4×4, trekking and mountain biking.

As well as the ski centre, there are a whole range of interesting places and things to see around Pelion. You will find a wide selection of churches and monasteries scattered across the peninsula, and these are well worth visiting to admire some of the icons and works on art inside.

In the summer months, visitors will have the chance to bathe and relax at some of the best beaches in all of Greece. There are also many festivals and celebrations that take during the summer with traditional dance and music, as well as food and wine. Everyone is welcome to attend these festivals and join in with the celebrations.

Pelion is truly a holiday destination that is perfect anytime of the year. Each new season in Pelion brings with it a new landscape, colours and aromas, and it is partly this unique natural beauty that makes Pelion a place you will want to return to time after time. All over the coast of the Pelion peninsula you can find a fantastic selection of beautiful beaches where you can enjoy swimming, watersports and relaxation during the hot summer months. From the mountainous village of Hania, you can easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Pelion in under 15 minutes or so.

Along the eastern coast of Pelion, the beaches on the Aegean Sea offer a great variety, and here you can find a wonderful choice of beautiful beaches to visit.

Some of the most famous on the eastern side of Pelion include the lovely beaches you can find close to Tsagarada, such as the beaches of Fakistra and Milopotamos.

These two beaches are amongst the best in Pelion, and their crystal blue waters make them a haven for visitors during the summer season.

Some of the other beaches that are located along the eastern side of the Pelion peninsula includes the beaches of Papa Nero, Agios Ioannis and Labinou.

You can also find a great selection of small hidden beaches, providing privacy and peace away from the crowds of some of the most famous beaches.

Reaching the eastern coast of Pelion is very easy from the village of Hania. A new road that was recently opened provides very easy access from Hania to the eastern coast of Pelion, passing through the famous and picturesque village of KIssos. From here, you can venture out and head to a number of beautiful and clean beaches.

As well as the beaches of the Aegean Sea on the eastern coast of Pelion, you can also find a great selection of lovely beaches along the coast of the Pagasitic Gulf.

Some of the most popular of the beaches you can find on the Pagasitic Gulf include those of Afissos, Kala Nera, Milina, Lefokastro and Horto. Along the Pagasitic Gulf coast, you can find a nice selection of tavernas and restaurants where you can enjoy a nice meal or refreshing drink after spending the day at one of the beaches you will find here.

From the village of Hania, you can reach the Pagasitic Gulf coast in a relatively short time. Following the main road from Hania, you will pass through the village of Drakia and then down to the coast.
