Greek cuisine is well-known for the great taste, the variety and mostly for the great benefits for the human body. It’s regarded as one of the healthiest in the world. Greek cuisine includes many vegetarian dishes as ‘arakas’, ‘fasolakia’, ‘gemista’, ‘bamies’, ‘gigantes plaki’, many different kind of soups like ‘yiouvarlakia’, ‘fakes’, ‘fasolada’, pies like ‘tyropita’, ‘spanakopita’, many kinds of salad and spreads like ‘tzatziki’, ‘taramosalata’, ‘patatosalata’, ‘fava’, special traditional foods like ‘mousakas’, ‘dolmadakia’, ‘tzatziki’, trahanas’, ‘hilopites’, ‘gyros’, ‘souvlaki’ many seafood dishes like ‘octopus’, and deserts like ‘baklavas’, ‘kantaifi’, ‘tsoureki’, ‘halva’, ‘melomakarona’ and ‘kourabiedes’.It’s your turn to make one of these!
